I have an HP Officejet G85 all in one Fax/Printer - - - have had it for years and it always works great. I have an incorrect COLOR Cartridge installed - - - which.

We recently purchased a new Officejet Pro 6960. Hp Pro 3400 Series Mt Drivers Windows 7 64 Bit. All installed fine, but the colours aren't printing correctly. It seems like the blue cartidge is perhaps not working.

I've taken the following steps so far, none of which have resolved the issue. - Checked the ink levels and they are all ok. - Cleaned the printhead - Tried to align the printer - Not able to do as the alignment page does not print out in the correct colours. - Checked the vent on the cartridges - all clear. Just wondered if there is anything else i can do before i portentially replace a perfectly good cartidge?
