Like most everyone else here, we could not make this thing work with any one of seven computers in the house. We tried updating the software, we tried everything we could find posted online. Nothing worked. This is a very expensive toy from a company usually thought of as reliable; I'd think they'd be quick to pull it off the market and fix the bugs, but when I logged on today to rate this piece of trash, I found that the price for it had amazingly gone UP since I (sadly) purchased it. I should add that the seller I purchased this from refused to accept a return (my daughter had opened it and had already scattered and lost a couple of little accessories before we realized it didn't work; so apparently some tiny accessory trumps the $217 for a toy that simply doesn't do what it says it will), and actually suggested that I take the toy to Toys R Us to claim a refund from them for a toy I didn't buy there. Topping off such an sad product with such rude and dishonest customer service just iced the cake for me.

My daughter is very disappointed and I'm out the money. DON'T buy this thing!!! I would never know how good or bad this item is. I ordered from amazon delivery went well. This was a Xmas present for my grandchild.
